It is designed for leadership teams that want more than a general observation about where things could be better. Whether the context is a transformation program, a regulatory review, or a board-level readiness check, SCARP gives you the substance to make informed decisions and the structure to act on them with confidence.
The platform works at two levels, each designed to answer a different question:
SCARP-I delivers a rapid maturity diagnostic across subfunctions, rating each area on a scale of one to five so leadership can quickly see where the organization is strong and where it is falling short.
SCARP-II goes considerably deeper, evaluating Design Effectiveness and Operating Effectiveness across more than one thousand individual controls, giving assessors and clients a granular view of exactly which controls are working, which are partial, and which are missing entirely.
Assessors conduct structured interviews and evidence reviews directly inside the platform, with scores, findings, action items, and remediation guidance all captured in one place as the engagement progresses. Dashboards give leadership a live view of assessment progress and emerging maturity scores in real time, so there are no surprises at the end.
When the assessment closes, the output is not just a report. It is a fully prioritized remediation roadmap with control-level recommendations, ownership assignments, and target dates that tell your team not just where you stand, but exactly what to do next.
